Way more than a gym. The coaches are top notch knowledgeable, super kind spirits, push you and just all around one of a kind amazing! 5 star! Highly recommend!!!
I was visiting Seattle and decided to stop in and check out Iron Tribe Redmond. Great group, and their Lead coach Earl is a great trainer.

Typically, I'm not a super fit guy. Not because I'm lazy, I just get bored and prefer beer. Honestly though, classes at Iron Tribe Fitness are really enjoyable. Yes, it's hard work but it's really social and the team have created a really great culture that's fun and rewarding to be a part off. If your an already fit athlete, looking to loose some weight or anywhere in between, ITF is definitely worth considering. My wife and I did and we love it.
Coming from collegiate athletics where workouts were carefully designed and run in an energetic team setting, I found typical gyms lacked a lot of the appeal of a what I consider to be a good workout - I would roam the gym with great intentions but get easily distracted and often could leave without a great workout.
