I almost never write reviews, but I had to write this to shout out Austin from Iron Tree Service. Austin was phenomenal to work with! From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to tree care and removal. He took the time to explain the process clearly, and even though we ultimately could not proceed with the work because of other factors unrelated to Iron Tree, I have no doubt that everything would have been done safely and efficiently. I was completely wrong! Iron Tree looked like just a big company. I thought it would be more expensive and I would be treated like a number. Instead, they went to great lengths to ensure that I knew what was going on and that I was satisfied with the process. The crew and huge trucks that came to remove my two enormous trees were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It was remarkable to see how quickly they removed the trees, floated them over my house, put them in the chipper, cleaned up and were done. As for the price, ... read more

I would highly recommend Iron Tree Service. From the person who provided the estimate, to the entire crew that came and performed the work, everyone was professional, courteous, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with.
