low ball you on trade ins
I have purchased two cars from Iron Trail and have been pleased with both and the friendly staff.
Sales staff were friendly and honest. We found a price that all sides are happy with, and I’ll be seeing them for future purchases.
Salesman was relatively appropriate. However, their negotiating tactics are disappointing. Slow rolled the process to haggle over a couple hundred dollars. Don’t bring your family with, they’ll make them wait plenty. In hindsight, I should’ve asked to negotiate directly with the manager because apparently every decision needs his stamp of approval. Conversely, it seemed he was too important to make actual contact with a potential customer.
I have bought two vehicles from here. Salesman was great both times. Both times their woman processing at the end was very unpleasant to deal with and pushy for warranties. Just had them do an oil change and they didn’t put the oil cap back on. Good thing I checked it otherwise who knows what would of happened. All they would do is comp my next oil change but who would go back to them after a basic oil change. Would not recommend them for anything.
very hard to negotiate price on used vehicles. service department overpriced for services. underbody coated I got with the used truck was horribly done. they painted the muffler and half the frame. will not be going back for services or vehicle sales.
Not really a fan because they take a hour and 45 minutes for a SCHEDULED oil change..... would go back if they discounted the next one because that is ridiculous
