Came out. Had to order the part. Told me he will come back when they are already in the area because they normally charge hourly from when they leave the shop. Got the bill. Charged me from the shop both trips. $540 in labor for a $100 part that took him 5 minutes to install. I will never do business with these crooks again! Also, the installer told me that the part only costs about $30. Then I get the invoice and that was also a lie.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The receptionist was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me, making sure everything was scheduled quickly. The plumbers arrived the same day, explained the issue clearly, and helped solve my plumbing problem in no time. They were professional, efficient, and super easy to work with. So to sum it up go with someone else and save yourself the hassle and incorrect work. Looks like court paper will have to get drafted for the incorrect work that was done and paid for in full as owner has secretary do all the talking. So after 2 years and still no solution your consumers can now know the quality of work and employees this company stands behind. They Installed furnace and ac. End of 21. 18k job.
