Iron Range Plumbing was contracted by the city of Hibbing to repair my sewer lateral and replace the backflow valve. From the beginning the receptionist was rude to my wife and I. She even hung up on my wife. They never called and said that we would have to get our basement ready for the floor to be broken out with less that 24 hour notice. Iron Range Plumbing then rescheduled 3-4 times before actually showing up to do the work. The area that was needed to be broken out for the lateral repair is used living space. Great communication throughout. I asked for a quote for a couple of different things. I received honest feedback and options. Workers were great and efficient. Price was appropriate and fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Iron Range Plumbing & Heating again.
