My new favorite place!
These guys are doing it right! They've got a great staff of outgoing, motivating coaches and a big space in which to keep growing. The community here is not intimidating at all, and this clearly starts from the top. A focus on technique is great, but I've never been anywhere that focused on warm up and stretching as much as they do. Glad to be a member and grow as Iron Oak grows!
