This company is terrible to work with! Do NOT use them! Anytime we need to schedule a pick up it’s such an issue. First they can’t tell me while I’m on the phone what day it will be. They need to email me the day. I tell them the days we are here and it’s always scheduled on a day we are not here. So then I have to call back and go through this all over again. It’s been 2 weeks to get the correct day and I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes to get this corrected. So frustrating and waste of time!
I'm so confused, this company has been around for years! Why cant they figure out customer service? I logged on to arrange for a pickup, only to find my site access was messed up, so I called customer service. Then a couple weeks go by and I reach out to customer service via the chat - literally took the agent 20 minutes to tell me that I didn't have a current pickup order. 20 Minutes! After 2 1/2 weeks of trying to get a document box in our office, we gave up. We needed documents filled out, they needed information from us online. We couldn't get into our online account, could not reset password, sent several e-mails, and calling customer service did nothing. The back and forth solved absolutely no issue. We ended up with a local place since we can talk to someone in the actual office.
Thank you Jill!! You are the best! Helped us get about a dozen boxes of shredding for us! Great worker and appreciate everything she has done!
