Keith Powell was such a nice person to work with . Kind and understanding.
Stay away from this company, they will scam you one way or another. They treat their customers poorly even after years of paying them way to much to do relatively nothing.
I ordered document shredding from Office Depot and they subcontracted the job to Iron Mountain. Iron Mountain never contacted us to schedule pick-up, and when called, referred us back to Office Depot. Office Depot only referred us to Iron Mountain. Nobody in either company was interested in taking responsibility for this order.
