All the employees here are very helpful and there is no wait between arriving and having the baby seen. Dr. Jackson is thourough and answers all of our questions fully. Can't recommend them enough.
Love coming here for our daughter. We never wait more than 5 minutes for our appointment and our pediatrician, Dr. Jackson, takes time to address all of our questions (and we have a lot as first time parents)! She’s very caring and reassuring. Our baby loves her and the office has on-call weekend phone consultations for urgent things that come up Saturdays and Sundays. My daughter was diagnosed with the flu but continued to get worse. She was in significant pain and her symptoms were expanding rather than improving. For three days I repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment with this practice, but was refused and told that because the flu is so common right now we should “just keep waiting.” After finally being seen, the clinic said they believed it might be something else and advised further evaluation. I've loved everything about this pediatrician office until today. I called to ask a nurse a question after my daughter's ER visit and was informed that our pediatrician is no longer employed there. We've been seeing him for our other daughter's well baby check ups. I never heard he left or was leaving. No letter or email. I don't know if we just fell through the cracks somehow or what.
