Used to be a great pediatrician office, now they are more concerned with profits than patient care. Front desk staff is rude, unwelcoming, and petty. This issue has become increasingly worse, and to the point we will no longer have our kiddos seen here.
All the employees here are very helpful and there is no wait between arriving and having the baby seen. Dr. Jackson is thourough and answers all of our questions fully. Can't recommend them enough.
Love coming here for our daughter. We never wait more than 5 minutes for our appointment and our pediatrician, Dr. Jackson, takes time to address all of our questions (and we have a lot as first time parents)! She’s very caring and reassuring. Our baby loves her and the office has on-call weekend phone consultations for urgent things that come up Saturdays and Sundays.
