My son and daughter go here.The staff are amazing.So my son is 12 he has ADHD and AUTISM he has a monthly checkup.we definitely recommend
I call multiple times over many days and nobody ever answers. I finally got my child in for a check up because she had been ill. She complained of stomachaches, headache and weird vision. They told us it was allergies.Was then sent for blood work. The blood work was done Oct 2025. I called repeatedly over 2 weeks and nobody ever answered. We came to Colorado Springs in October and found this Pediatric group. It has been terrible ever since. Receptionists are short and rude (that’s if anyone even answers). I got a bill for almost $2000 and was told I need to call my insurance, or I can’t schedule another appointment.(Meanwhile we had another appt between the initial one and the bill coming and that one went through just fine). I called my insurance multiple times (as their ONLY billing person kept sending it back in without correcting anything) and they said t... read more
The front desk staff are always nice and its generally pretty easy to reach the office by phone to schedule. We love Dr. Lombardi, but every provider we've seen has been great. The only down side is it seems difficult to get ahold of the on call provider after hours (on call center says they will respond in 45 minutes but can take a few hours).
