Love Christie Foster and Dr. Bagnall especially. Other specialist would disregard my concerns but Christie listened and ordered the correct tests for my kids. She helped us figure out what is really happening time and time again - because of her, my sons health is for the better. Plus, they're receptionists are amazing. Always remembering my boys and asking how they are! Highly recommend.
I love this office. The receptionists Annischa, Jamie, and Krystel are so kind and warm and have gone out of their way to remember me and my baby and truly check in to see how I'm doing - they make it so I genuinely look forward to going in to my son's wellness checks. Diana has taken my son's measurements since he was a newborn and she has always been so sweet, quick, and professional, which I appreciate especially when shots are involved. Providing an update after speaking with “Mr. Woody” this morning. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. No apology, no understanding or compassion. He simply shirked off any responsibility from the office and instead placed blame on me for not “checking my own insurance”. Based on the previous replies, I had a feeling of what was coming. He told me we were not a good fit and I told him I knew he would say that because that seems to be this offices response to any negativity, instead of correcting their problems. We have been going here for 10 months now with our newborn baby, and have had a great experience with the office staff and the doctors. However, their finance department is terrible! They messed up one of our vaccine appointments with our daughter and sent it to the wrong insurance company, then when it got kicked back they said we had to pay the over $1,000 bill before we could make any more appointments (this in turn has been delaying our daughter's checkups, even though it wasn't our fault.
