Great staff! This is where you want to spend your $ ! I felt a total lack of pressure and corporate push. Gotta love an independent dealer. Both Jim and Blake are down to earth in the sales office. Taylor in apparel, was very helpful and took time with me to explain products and options. I’ve been to the corporate stores and had to go, went to Iron Horse and bought a motorcycle!!

The integrity, dedication, personal attention, communication and support from both Blake and Jim throughout the whole purchasing process was just second to none!
Best BMW dealership I’ve been in. I just retired from a 38 year career in the automobile business. I’ve bought 22 new BMW motorcycles and rode well over 700,000 miles. I’ve been in many dealerships. Iron Horse is amazing. A very positive, friendly, never pushy staff. Many of the employees have been with them for the 20 years I’ve been coming in. I think it starts with the owner John Cartwright. He listens and truly cares. If you are curious about riding or have years of experience this is your store.
I would definitely recommend Iron Horse and my sales person Blake. Great friendly service. Looking forward to doing business with the dealership in the future.
