I am a very satisfied tenant. I just recently moved in and the staff really made my move stress free. They were quick to answer any questions I had. Ikia, Alecia, and McKenzie were all patient, friendly and helpful. You might hear the occasional car roll by with music, but otherwise, the Iron Horse community is pretty quiet and a well-maintained property. I am glad I made this my home. Thank y'all so much!
Iron horse apartments has been a great apartment for me very quiet no problems great maintenance staff. Awesome manager Alecia Bradshaw always very helpful and nice super job. I'm relocating to key west fl. Only reason I'm leaving. If I relocate back I'll definitely live there again. Thanks for everything 🙏

The maintenance staff responds timely, they are always very nice, and do great work(when they get your messages). The phone message system is not reliable. The office staff has problems communicating between one another. Our paperwork was messed up multiple times at the beginning of our lease. The monthly rent bills with added water are not timely or are not delivered at all. I think we only got 4 bills delivered on time in our 12 month rental period.
