Ikia is the best leasing agent I’ve ever come across! She was proactive, respectful, and very mindful of what I wanted. She did her best to accommodate all of my needs, and if I mentioned something, she worked hard to make it happen. Ikia was extremely helpful and easy to work with. She took me on a tour through their studio apartments, and even helped me set up an additional tour to ensure I got the apartment I wanted. She has created a very welcoming environment for possible new tenants and made the process so much easier on a first time renter. Thank you!
Meagan is a wonderful leasing manager. She’s really helpful and was available whenever you need her. Rashad is also an awesome lead tech he was very responsive when it came to the little things we needed before we moved in.
Just moved in and it was seamless. New updates to the unit to make it ready for me; place looks great. Zero problems online with payments and paperwork, and everyone I’ve talked to so far has been lovely. Meagan and Denver were a great help especially, very welcoming every time I see them.
