I pulled a long hair from the middle of my soup today (apple/butternut squash) in front of what appeared to be a manager; she quickly said sorry and took it away. Nothing else was done or said about it. Meanwhile, the friend I was dining with was approached by three different Iron Hill employees no less than five times throughout the meal about how her membership wasn't working (she told all of them repeatedly not to worry about it).
