Alaya is a wonderful instructor! She teaches a tough but fun barre class on Mondays. She and Chad and all the instructors are very knowledgeable, take the time to adjust you when necessary, and put time and effort into teaching their classes. Plus it’s fun!
I loved the atmosphere. It felt like a place you would call a "home" studio/gym. Alaya was just great. Really loved her personality and was very hands on. I can't wait to go back.
Knowledgeable coaches and instructors! I greatly appreciate the commitment to proper alignment and holistic care of their clients!
After going to classes for around 2 years, I felt it was finally time to "like" them on facebook. Everyone is awesome. Watch out for Chad. My abs hurt.
