For the first place to eat on my trip to Albany last week, The Iron Gate Cafe sure set the bar high! I got goosebumps from my food. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and the wait staff. This is most definitely a place you want to experience if you’re able. My server Darby (sorry if it’s spelled wrong) was most amazing and helpful for someone navigating a new city. I can’t wait to come back to Albany just to eat here and see her face again. I’d give it ten stars if I could!

I've eaten lunch here a half dozen times and it just keeps getting more and more delicious. Today's Buddha Bowl was so good I'm still thinking about it 5 hours later. Perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients, NOT drowning in sauce, individual textures... Just perfect. I'm trying to come up with a reason to come back tomorrow. Thank you for the healthy, delicious lunch. <3
