Everything about this place is nothing short of amazing! So encouraging, so positive, so clean...everything you're looking in a gym.
Love this place! Great people and coaches. They will work with you regardless of ability or injury. You will get stronger while staying healthy or rehabing an injury. It is more than just a gym. It is more like a family where everyone gets along and is encouraging.

I was fortunate to find an awesome groupon deal and discover Iron Forged Fitness. I can't rave enough about this place. Although I was only able to go for two weeks, I noticed a difference in my body. The workouts are vigorous yet adaptable to any fitness level. I enjoyed that each day was different and brought on a new challenge. The coaches are amazing and really know how to motivate! The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and amiable ! A must try for sure :)
Autumn is one of the best trainers ever. She keeps it challenging enough for whatever level your at. Dedicate a few months to coming here and your body will transform. You will feel better and stronger. Plus cool peeps to hang around.
