After a recent injury, and still enduring it, the coaches here have been able to guide me in conquering it. I had to almost start all over, at rock bottom, and I'm already back to doing squat cleans, rope climbs, and dead lifts, things I wasn't able to touch 3 months ago and also feared I couldn't do again.
