The sense of community is fantastic. The workouts are there to push you. The coach is spot on and makes you feel as if you’ve been friends for ages. If anyone is considering a CrossFit gym - join these guys - you’ll break a sweat and be in a motivating fun environment while doing so
I was looking for a gym that offered a fun community, and a change from my usual workout. The first day I walked into the gym, everyone introduced themselves and made me feel welcomed before even officially signing up. I knew I was in the right place from then on. IFAs fun, friendly and knowledgeable coaches and members are what make me excited to get to crossfit every week. The coaches are attentive and give helpful feedback and program awesome workouts!
IFA is a great place to train with excellent coaching and programming, a clean, well equipped gym, and a welcoming community. I train for powerlifting meets at IFA (with programming written for me by Saro) and go to classes and am making progress at both.
