Great work out with very cool people! If your looking for low impact cardio, this is your place!
I had the pleasure of working out at Iron Clad for seven months, not only did I see results, I enjoyed the small class size and Shari's watchful eye on instruction for proper RKC form. I have relocated and while I have not found a gym that I like as much as Iron Clad, I get complemented on my form at every gym I try. Thank you for setting the bar so high Shari!
