Working with Meghan and Jeremy has been great. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and give personal attention to each person that they work with. They care about form which is critical. They work with you to achieve your personal goals. Small group sessions are a great way to train. Between the Run Strong and the Build & Burn sessions, I’m already feeling stronger after 8 sessions and have more stability especially with my low back. Great people, great place for strength conditioning, highly recommend.

Iron City Elite is the gym I’ve been searching for! I’ve tried other gyms where I worked out on my own and didn’t see the results I’m seeing here. The classes are well-structured and give you a full-body workout, and I like the small class sizes. The trainers are attentive and make sure your form is correct, while also adjusting exercises to match your level. This makes a huge difference and helps me get the most out of each workout.

Great classes and friendly atmosphere, staff is extremely supportive. Love the growth mindset that everyone has, it’s a great place for people of any ability/starting level. I’ve noticed improvements in flexibility, strength, and energy level.
