Couldn't figure out why I couldn't get my front derailleur working right. Within like 5 minutes they identified the problem, showed it to me, and told me what part I would need to fix it, all for the price of "a good review." There's no way I would have figured it out on my own.
Replaced a spoke and re-trued my back wheel for a cheaper price than I've seen anywhere else. Plus he did it in a few minutes while I watched instead of having to leave it overnight. Wow!
Great bike shop and wonderful staff - friendly and knowledgeable. Turnaround was same day for my problem, while I waited. They also just generally helped out with my riding experience. I really can’t recommend these folks enough.
