Best crossfit box in town. The coach is excellent. Makes sure you use proper form before you tackle more weight. Strongly recommend

A great gym/fitness studio regardless of fitness level. Superior coaches provide excellent guidance whether you're a beginner or advanced athlete. The gym has all the equipment you need and operating hours are convenient for any schedule. Workouts are challenging and can be modified for all ages and experience. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging. This is a community where everyone is genuinely happy for you when you succeed and pushes you when you're having an off day.
This is THE BEST GYM IN MIAMI! Amazing facility. Amazing coaches and staff! Everyone is so friendly and inviting. This gym has made working out so fun and it is my favorite part of the day!!! Head coach values personal goals, which has made a huge difference in my fitness journey! Iron Castle is my second home!!!!!!!
