I’m joined a little over a month ago. I’ve typically been a bit hesitant of group workouts I’ve done other places. Love the group of instructors and the variety of workouts here. I leave worn out but energized. They always offer modifications when you need them. The combination of cardio, rowing and strength works really well for me. Glad we tried it and excited to improve my general strength and health.

Iron and Oars changed my life. In less than one year, I lost 72 pounds and I couldn’t have done it without the great workouts and incredible staff at Iron and Oars. The workouts change every day so that you aren’t focusing on just one area of the body. The people that work there are so friendly and always willing to help you out with any questions you may have along the way. Joining Iron & Oars has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year! The instructors are all fabulous. They bring fun and intensity to each workout and I always leave feeling challenged, happy, and SWEATY! As a new mom wanting to get back into shape postpartum, I’ve seen wonderful results in only a few months. Happy to be part of this great group and family!
