Easy return of equipment with plenty of space to comfortably back up and turn around. Friendly, pleasant staff!
I want to start by saying that Debi was absolutely PHENOMENAL in helping me secure a U-Haul last minute and relieve all of my anxieties. She blew me away. I had a really hard time securing a truck for my move to Charleston and she made it happen without a blink of an eye. She is the personification of customer service. I have rented trailers from Debi several times. She has always been so helpful and kind. I needed a trailer on a Sunday and she accommodated my needs on a normal day off.
Had a great experience here. Debi was very helpful. Had my truck ready with my hand truck on time. I will definitely use them again.
