Ms. Debbie was so friendly and helpful. The rental process was fast despite the app not working properly. The truck was clean and still had that new car smell. I'll definitely being using their services again.

I want to start by saying that Debi was absolutely PHENOMENAL in helping me secure a U-Haul last minute and relieve all of my anxieties. She blew me away. I had a really hard time securing a truck for my move to Charleston and she made it happen without a blink of an eye. She is the personification of customer service.
