The U-Haul lady was super sweet and helpful we was in and out in no time I would get any of my rentals from this place

Needed a Uhaul car hauler on short notice to move a vehicle. Prices were great. The staff was nice and very helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and made the process as smooth as possible. Will definitely use this location the next time I need a trailer.

Well to start i did as asked and applied online. I then called her back to confirm and she said we were ready to go. On Friday I arrive to pick up my truck and haul has switch my res. To another store across town. I was unhappy about this and the misses took control. She put me in the truck she had ready for me. Filled it with gas and did it while smiling and joking with me.
