No one picks up the phone when I call. Stayed on hold for an hour, chose the option to get a call back, received a call back five hours later when I couldn't answer the phone. Tried calling the next two days, no one picked up, no one returned my call. Terrible customer service.
Great mail order pharmacy!! Wish we had one in Illinois!!
The most atrocious order fulfillment I've ever experienced. Average order turnaround is weeks due to complete incompetence such as shipping to the completely wrong address despite clear instructions otherwise. Both the site and the customer service are broken, and when you combine the two you get the most bafflingly poor service you could ever imagine. Stay away
Irmat Pharmacy has superceeded all my expectations, and continues to do so. Their online Rx refill makes getting my Rx's fast and really easy. They offer free and fast shipping, which is reliable. They worked so well with my insurance provider that for this medication I payed $0! Other pharmacies try to over charge you, but Irmat is honest and reliable! They are wonderful, I highly recommend them!
My dermatologist told me about Irmat Pharmacy and said I could get my acne cream prescription for a lot cheaper. Boy, was she right! At my normal pharmacy, it would have cost me almost $200 for the cream with insurance. Luckily, I could get the same exact cream for only $35 and free shipping! Is there a reason why no one answers the phone? Are you still in business? I placed the same order twice and have never received it. I wait on hold forever then the call disconnects. This is just horrible service. Are you for real?
Have been holding my prescription hostage for three weeks. Shipped it a week after I cancled it, won't reverse the insurance claim. Don't like public shaming, this is more of a public service announcement. Don't use Irmat if you actually need your medication.
The worst customer service I have ever received, compounded by the fact that the error was on their end! Customer Service rep even hung up on me, twice! Prescription was more expensive by filling it locally, but at least I received it on time and I was treated as a valued customer.
