Been trying to refill my prescription for months and literally they just ignore the request with no reply to emails. Terrible!!!!
Been calling for days about info on my prescription. No one is answering.
Spent a month emailing, calling and leaving voicemails trying to find my prescription. No response from anyone on their team. Ended up switching to another pharmacy. I'm beginning to think they went out of business and didn't tell anyone.
Hey Irmat, why don't you read all the terrible reviews and take some action? They're spot on about Irmat's lack of returned phone calls, your portal is perpetually down/usuable and you clearly don't care about customers that can't walk into your store front. I'm done...moving on to another pharmacy.
Worst pharmacy! I have yet to receive my rx or a returned phone call. When you call they don't answer. This is poor customer service and poor patient care. I will be sure to tell all patients at our office not to use you, and also let my dermatologists office know to no longer refer any patients to this horrible place.
If you need a reliable pharmacy look elsewhere. I have brain cancer & there is a medicine that I have compounded by Irmat. It was on autofill but hasn't shown up. Phones don't work & no return calls. Maybe they are out of business? Sadly, I won't be able to function without my medicine. Had they let me know I could have found a new provider without a lapse. Shame on you Irmat, you are dealing with people's lives.
Super poor service. Can not get anyone to pick up OR call back. Ordered 2 prescriptions over 2 weeks ago and NEVER received it! I'm going to TALK to my local pharmacy to see what they will charged for my meds with my insurance. At least I can talk to someone and get my meds when needed. This is total BS!
