Limited Selection I stopped into buy a mother’s day gift for my children to give to their mom, and they must be remodeling. I found the shop to be small and a fair amount of lower end knick knacks with a very limited selection of nice gifts. I did not find a gift or a card at this store so I continued my quest elsewhere in Naperville.
A little more attention I have dropped into this store a few times over the last couple months and each time I struggled to get service because the owner is busy talking to friends for extended periods of time. My wife and I try to support local small businesses whenever possible, but it needs to be a two street where we get personalized attention in return. At this point we have no plans to go back to this shop.
Customer Service PLEASE!!! Customer Service PLEASE!!! I have visited this store a couple of times recently and left both times without even being helped. The woman managing the store was obviously more interested in chatting with her friends instead of helping her customers.
Disappointed with service I walked into this shop and was very interested in a couple of items but I could not get any service. The women working was constantly talking on her cell phone so eventually I just left and bought a few things at a store further down the street.
The Irish Way- Naperville, IL The Irish Way is a quaint and authentic Irish shop in Downtown Naperville. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is a little like "Cheers", in that once you have visited they always know your name and they go out of their way to be extremely accommodating. People sometimes gather there just to have a little chat whether they are making purchases or not. It represents a standard in service and personality of a by-gone era. Irish Shop The Irish Way is a cute little Irish boutique in downtown Naperville. They specialize in Waterford crystal and Beleek, but they have everything from food items to bookmarks. Prices are reasonable, but the selection is somewhat limited.
