Very accomadating and understanding staff. They seem to really care for their patients and make the time for you. Excellent with my children!

Great, great dentist! Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional. I am terrified of the dentist but everyone put me at ease. I have to say that this was my first enjoyable visit to the dentist in years. Dr. Au and his staff go out of their way to make every patient feel welcome and comfortable. Just realized that I've been going to this place longer than can remember (been driving here from Hollywood, Sherman oaks, and now taking my daughter here from Glendale). Have 2 crowns done by Inna. One fell off a couple years back. She replaced it back on emergency appointment - no prob. If had to pick just one thing to say about her - most painless treatments I've ever had (had a few dentists down in Hollywood 20 years ago). 1st and Foremost, I have known the owners for many years and have many mutual friends. They are very caring, know their dental business and provide quality service. I had inquired about braces for my daughter and provided them our insurance company. They don't take our insurance, but, are willing to work with us to meet our needs. I can say that I have been through many dentists thru many years and New Vision Dental is really good. I have just found an office where I can get my regular checkup and cleaning done routinely. Definitely recommend this office to everyone. Bringing my FAMILIES AND FRIENDS TO THIS OFFICE.
