Dr. Brandon Au is very good at explaining every aspect of your dental care program, things you would never think of, material used, and time frames. The staff is excellent and friendly, and easy to work with your schedules. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff! Great Treatment and excellent dental care. Overall I have had a really good experience and with having bad dental experiences in the past everyone in the office went a long way in making me feel at ease. Couldn't recommend enough.
Dr. Brandon Au is truly the best. I had a bad toothache a week ago. I have insurance but I was not assigned here yet. Dr. Au and his staff took me in anyway and helped me get transferred into their office same day. They were more concerned about relieving my pain than telling me to go to the office that I was assigned to. For that, thank you. This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. The staff is so kind and caring and they truly care how your visit goes. I will never change dentists again. I love this place! And I've been to plenty of dental offices in my lifetime.
Dr. Au is awesome. He and his staff make going to the dentist a painless experience. He is honest and good at what he does. Overall just excellent period. I couldn't recommend him more. Having all my family and friends come to see him for any dental problem or just regular checkup.
Beware of this practice. I had a new patient exam done in November of 2015 by Brandon. They took x-rays and gum measurements. He tried to push this $300 disinfecting gum treatment on me that was not covered by insurance, along with multiple fillings. My teeth have always been in great condition and I did not believe the diagnosis at all. I asked for a basic cleaning instead but they would not give it to me because in their "opinion" my gums required more attention. Fabulous dentist, amazing staff, clean and modern office.Dr. Au will not upsell you and only recommend what you need.After another dentist tell me that I needed deep cleaning because my gum reading was 4-6mm, I went to New Vision Dental for second opinion. It turned out that I have normal reading of 3mm. No deep cleaning needed. You can trust Dr. Au and he will not nickel and dime you. I highly recommend this office for everyone .
I've enjoyed my experience with Roseville family dental. Their staff was courteous and professional and I feel like I have received great care there.
We have been going to Dr. Dulabh for 10 years. He is amazing and our whole family feels very comfortable with him. We like him so much we continue to see him after we have moved twice and have to drive a bit further.
