Stopped in the store at least twice to get pricing and order parts. Had excellent interactions in the store and was told that someone would email a quote the next day. Never happened. Stopped in again a few weeks later - same response. No email, phone call and no quote etc. Called several times with same information taken down, was told I’d get an emailed quote the next day. I bought a spa from here in November of '24. When installed, the installer and I noticed an issue with the cabinet and I was told if the issue continued, they would repair it; essentially there was a defect in the corner piece and it wouldn't stay on the cabinet. Spring winds caused it to pop off daily. After numerous calls in March, I was told someone was on their way out to determine what needed to be done to fix the issue. Super awesome experience with everybody, Chuck, Matt, and his helpers. Just had my Jacuzzi Spa delivered and took advantage of the winter sale they were offering. Looked at different models 3 times over 3-4 weeks, the showroom was well put together and all the spas were complete and not missing parts like other showrooms. They didn’t seem pushy at all and just let us browse and answered any questions when we had them.
