My friends and I went to the Irish Rose Saloon to have a couple of drinks and relax on New Year's Eve after work. We each had one drink, talked for a while, enjoyed the music then we left to get a late dinner elsewhere. I would've preferred to have stayed there to eat but they had already stopped serving food. That was a bummer. They should always have some simple appetizers or at least peanuts to munch on at the bar, you know? However the service was great and so were the drinks. We shared the Full Irish breakfast (homemade sausage, bacon, Irish potatoes, eggs, pork cops) and stuffed chicken (goat cheese & bruschetta). For desert we had the Creme Brûlée with a Rasberry compote and chocolate mousse! It was all fantastic!
