Great landscape and janitorial staff. Windows sills are wide enough for my cat lounge on. D It has a beautiful laminate, faux wood floor. The only downside is that the floor has a wood grain texture. A dust mop doesn't work well. Lots of small particles get trapped in the valleys of the foor texture. A regular broom or a vacuum that will clean laminate floors are better options. Moved in last month and have not had a pleasant experience at all. Carpet coming up with spikes and nails sticking out, put a request in two weeks ago and they have not even come to see it. Unit was dirt upon move in, feces on toilet seat and filth behind stove. Paid my rent and still somehow got a 72 hour notice. Will be contacting office tomorrow ASAP to get these issues straight I have bad anxiety and this is effecting my health. Never been more unhappy with an apartment in my life.
