Don’t rent from here the maintenance is absolutely terrible and so is the Managment the maintenance dosent report anything to the Managment I’ve been here for 3 years and twice now the main sewer line has flooded the community laundry room and maintenance room as well as the first time flooding my apartment with raw sewage both times this happened I reported it to maintenance about the flooding and the raw sewage it took three days before they came out to clean it off the floor and only showed after I made another complaint ... read more

I called the office at noon to report that someone’s dog had pooped and peed in the hallway and it needed to be cleaned up. Nothing happened, called again at 5 and they said someone was on their way. It is now 8:30 and it is still sitting and smelling up the whole hallway. No matter how many times you call for something to get done, it gets done on their own time
The grounds are very well taken care of. All of staff are so helpful and courteous. if you have an issue with anything in your apt, send an email, and its taken care very fast. I absolutely love living here
For the most part I love my apartment. The windows are large, allowing lots of sunlight and fresh air. The windowsills are wide enough that my cats stretch out on them taking in the rays. The rooms are just large enough. The walk in closets are wonderful. Maintanence has done a good job for us when needed. There is a downfall: noisy neighbors thundering up and down the stairwell, slamming the entrance door against the wall, at all hours day and night. But that's not on the apartment, just the renters.
Nicely kept grounds and great maintenance crew.
