HA Irish was contracted to remove 3 trees, the stumps and the roots from our house. The trees were cut down and some of the stumps ground down. After filling the holes with the sawdust one could not see that there were large roots left in the ground. Our landscape person contacted Shelly (the tree cutter) to explain the problem. Several years ago I had HA Irish trim some trees for me. It was off season, so they offered a reduced rate. They did a nice job but when it came time to pay my bill they charged my credit card twice. I called them and told them what happened. They said no problem, we will credit your account. I waited for my statement to come and NO CREDIT. I called again, they apologized and said they would process the credit, IT DID NOT HAPPEN. This went on for almost a year. They NEVER refunded my money.
