I have never experience the un welcoming atmospherr at this horrible place. Owners are so rude and unprofessional. Property manager has tampered with lease agreement and owners are racists. I have mold in my barhroom and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it. Not to add they will make you pay an extra fee for your quest. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE.

I've been a tenant for the past year or so..I must say being from NJ, I have never found a place so welcoming. Under new management..Iris Winds is definitely a good place to raise my children. The area is clean and kept up to date. The people make you feel at home. Any home issues are handled and repaired on a timely basis. Do not move to Iris winds mobile home park!!! They treat tenants and workers horrible. These are prime example of slum lords. They do not fix or maintain in which are agreed upon in the lease. The owners judged people based on racist profiling. I had multiple accounts of them telling me to charge late fees and other fees unjustly. Tenants had holes in my floor and mold from water damage for over 5 months.
