I had good experiences here until tonight. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment for a mani/pedi at 6 PM. I arrived at 6 PM, waited for 15 minutes because no technicians were available, only to be told I had to wait another 15 minutes because they were short staffed. I ended up leaving. What was the point in calling ahead to make an appointment?

My toe nails were all different lengths & shapes BOTH TIMES I came here. First visit I just thought I had a newbie. Second visit, same issue, another nail tech. I had to go home and fix them myself, my poor pinky toe had pretty much no nail left to them! She kept on picking at my skin that eventually bled & her painting skills weren’t the best. I really liked the ladies and place but not happy with the work. Shellac chips after a few days and my pedicure was not even. Paid WAY too much for my daughter's mani/pedi. Sadly wont be back. �

Good experience. My nails look amazing. They didn’t have me wash my hands before everything began though which made me paranoid about bacteria and only told me to wash them when everything was done so I’m kind of paranoid about that with my nails but hopefully when I go back it’s different. My nails look amazing though and the receptionist was insanely kind

The first time I went here was great! My acrylics lasted forever with no chips etc. But the second time I went in I had Donna. She didn't speak the whole time and charged me 5 dollars extra until I talked to the manager to give me the right price. It's been a week and a half and I've have multiple chips. I will give it another shot, but I wouldn't suggest Donna.
