Great clinic, but I find it hard to come here due to the lack of parking space
Extremely satisfied with Iris. The optometrist was very calm and friendly. The staff were all very supportive. Natalie in particular was not only friendly, but really supportive and helpful in deciding what new pair of glasses to get. Also, when comparing Iris with other shops in Ottawa, they had the most unique selection. All in all, highly recommended.
I’ve had such a great experience working with Kai. She’s incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. I trust her judgment when it comes to choosing the right frames, and she always makes the process easy and enjoyable. She loves her job- and its infectious! Huge shoutout to her and the whole team!
