Optometrist is friendly and Staff is helpful to find eyewear. I unfortunately received an RX that doesn't seem quite right. The issue is that i've called 3 times and no on is calling back after leave 1 VM and 2 messages with staff. I need a retest, so perhaps this will move things along.In addition the low review is because the glasses and lenses are overpriced.
Optometrists in Ontario must use clinical judgment to provide urgent care or arrange alternative care to prevent patient harm or deterioration. All possible excuses why not can be left for those who pays for nothing.
Exceedingly happy with IRIS Optometrists!!! Dr. Giraldo was thorough and helpful, and the staff informative and kind. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Iris was one of few businesses that offered eye exams by appointment on a Saturday. They were thorough, running on time and had a nice selection of glasses to choose from.
Beautiful office, great people and overall great experience
