Everyone at IRIS is an absolute joy to interact with. They are kind, friendly and funny. You never feel pushed or pressured, and Dr Gibb is AMAZING I feel heard and understood, she takes me seriously and is always willing to answer questions and share information. Thank you!!
Don't go here if you want your glasses in one piece. The staff don't have clue how to handle glasses. I don't have a spare pair of glasses any more because a staff member broke them in half. And it was no accident when they purposely bend the frame until they break.
Glasses turned out great! Staff are super kind and helpful.
Tiffany is lovely to deal with just needs to be more clear on informing a customer of actual retail prices. Dr. Maggie is lovely as well, it comes down to the staff that answer the phone. I thought i was getting glasses for $807.90, phoned and was told the glasses are worth $1020. If i would have known the price, I would have never agreed to purchasing them.
