Tiffany is lovely to deal with just needs to be more clear on informing a customer of actual retail prices. Dr. Maggie is lovely as well, it comes down to the staff that answer the phone. I thought i was getting glasses for $807.90, phoned and was told the glasses are worth $1020. If i would have known that, I would have never agreed to purchasing them. I visited IRIS today for an eye check-up. It’s conveniently located in the YMCA building, very close to my home, so parking wasn’t an issue at all. I was really impressed with their service—great staff who were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. Since this is my first time wearing glasses, they were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process and assisting me in choosing the right lenses and frame. They also have a great selection to choose from. Overall, a very positive experience!
I placed an order for my glasses and paid on April 29th. It’s now been nearly three weeks, and I still haven’t received them. To my surprise, the custom-made contacts arrived before the glasses—but no one informed me. I was told I would get a call when my order arrived, yet I’ve had to follow up myself every time. Communication has been poor, and each time I’ve called, I’ve been met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. Dr Maggie is great. Friendly and very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. They also have a good selection of frames to choose from. I like their location as well. Convenient and easy to find parking.
