I needed new glasses for reading/computer, and had the pleasure of Zari helping me choose the best frames to suit my needs and face. Zari chose a wide selection of frames, allowing me as much time as I needed to decide which ones I felt comfortable with. She even took photos of me with each pair so I could see very clearly how they looked! I really appreciated all the time she spent, especially her honesty on which ones weren't "quite right". fantastic experience today with Dr Rakhra. very friendly and knowledgable. Lindsay was a highlight of my experience- she made the testing process easy and was great with directing me on what to do for the tests. she also went above and beyond following my exam and provided great service getting me sorted out with new lenses and noted future prescription sunglasses. i highly recommend both Dr Rakhra and Lindsay!!
Absolutely amazing customer service. My heart is full of gratitude for the thorough eye exam by Dr. Jasmin Rakhra, She detected a small tear in the back of my eye which was subsequently treated by laser therapy. The people at this Iris care so much!
