Mernie has been incredibly helpful as usual, much appreciate the excellent service I get at IRIS Langley Twp. I have been a very happy customer for many years and hope to be for many more years to come. Extremely thankful for the thoroughness and due care that I always receive.
Dr Khurana is great but the associates especially the one that was helping me and my son doesn't seem to know what she's doing. On the day of my eye exam I had to wait unnecessarily since she had me do the same test twice since she appeared to be clueless as to which test I needed to do. When my son came to get his glasses, she broke the strap when she was adjusting it so now we have to wait for another week since they dont have a replacement strap in the store. Frustrating to say the least.
Wonderful service, went in for an eye examination and Zari was able to help me pick out the perfect frames for my new glasses, would highly recommend
Amazing experience, very thorough professionalism from the eye exam appointment to the help with choosing frames etc.! Would recommend to anyone as I’ve had previous experiences that do not match the quality of this clinic. Iris is the best and there isn’t a close second!
