Wonderful staff! Professional, helpful, friendly.
They charge $50 for your pupil distance on top of your eye exam fee to try to prevent you from purchasing glasses elsewhere or online. I’ve taken my kids here for years, my husband just went in for an eye exam and they wanted $50 on top of the $155 eye exam fee. The good news is if my review doesn’t prevent you from going here, they just lost 4 patients so they should have room for you.
They provide patient, knowledgeable assistance and care.
Best service by far!
The staff and optometrist were friendly and the wait time was relatively short. The cost was higher than the maximum amount our insurance covered (even including a co-pay) and unlike other eye centres, they do not allow you to remove options you may not need every time to bring it inline with your coverage. I requested not to see an optician when I booked the appointment but was still directed to one after my exam. I would shop around and make sure you understand your coverage before booking.
