I have an emergency to see the eye dr. but they didn't have any open spots till 2 weeks the lady who I was speaking to was amazing...she was soon nice and honestly concerned. I will make it a yes to going there to get my eyes checked in a few weeks. 😊

I've been bringing my family here for years, from my children to my parents. Every staff member from reception to optometrist is kind, accomodating, warm and welcoming. We look forward to our visits and know we will be well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Extremely poor appointment management. A week before my son and my appointment someone from reception called me to inform me if it is possible to reschedule my appointment at 2:00 pm instead of 2:15 pm which I agreed to. Then on the day of appointment when we waited for 20 Minutes and queried the reception around 2:20pm about it they informed that they have no idea how this happened and even after I showed them the text and email they mentioned they have no idea How the appointment was Moved ahead.
