I've been bringing my family here for years, from my children to my parents. Every staff member from reception to optometrist is kind, accomodating, warm and welcoming. We look forward to our visits and know we will be well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Extremely poor appointment management. A week before my son and my appointment someone from reception called me to inform me if it is possible to reschedule my appointment at 2:00 pm instead of 2:15 pm which I agreed to. Then on the day of appointment when we waited for 20 Minutes and queried the reception around 2:20pm about it they informed that they have no idea how this happened and even after I showed them the text and email they mentioned they have no idea How the appointment was Moved ahead. So helpful and able to answer all of my questions and concerns! Even help me pick out frames that suit my face, the care genuinely shows in every aspect of the services from the front desk to the doctor! Thanks for all the help
I came here about a month and a half ago for an eye exam. The same issue that caused me to get my eyes examined, started again. The prescription glasses I was prescribed is not cleat. I called them to see if they can reexamine my eyes and the lady I spoke to said I will be charged $ 90. I explained that I should not be charged because it has not been over 3 months. She said not here at our clinic. I must say this left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I booked a new eye examination elsewhere.
Great experience here. I brought my daughter in to have her glasses fixed. I had called earlier to confirm whether or not I could bring her in because it isn't where we bought her glasses and the lady on the phone was lovely and told us what times were busy and to just call ahead. We went in and the ladies working were great. The one fixed her glasses no problem and cleaned them up for her. We will definitely be going back here when my daughter is due for new glasses.
