I have had two experiences at Iris and they have both been outstanding. First time was taking my autistic son in to get new frames and myopia lenses. All the staff were extremely patient with my son and very knowledgeable about all the different frames and add ons you can get with the lenses. My son and I were very happy when left the store and when we received his new glasses. My second time was with my adopted nephew who needed new frames to fit his old lenses. The owner and staff are all excellent and really listen to one’s preferences in eyewear. I always return for products that generate positive comments from friends and strangers alike.
This business is amazing…the girls are all so warm & friendly. They give honest opinions of frames and listen to your wants. I have a small bridge. Some frames I really like they let me know I would have issues with them sliding down my nose. I would rather know, than buy them and have regrets!!! Second pair of glasses purchased at Iris and will not be my last!!
We just moved to town and it’s overwhelming finding all new services - Iris was THE best choice! All of the women working here were so helpful and so friendly. Love my new glasses and would absolutely recommend to everyone in our community!
