Couldn’t recommend IRIS enough! It was recommended to me from a friend and I’m so glad I went. The entire team was friendly and eager to help. Janet was amazing and pulled glasses I never would’ve thought to wear myself and fought tooth and nail with my insurance provider to try and reduce the cost. If you need glasses this is the place to go! Would give 6 stars if I could

Super friendly service. The staff helped me pick out frames and adjusted them nicely once they arrived. I was on a budget and they had some great promotions to help me save.
Staff are wonderful and very patient regardless of the number of frames you try on and whether you decide to make a purchase or not. I’ve been buying my glasses here for 8 years and they’re always happy to make adjustments, replace nose pads, etc. They also are helpful and honest about which frames work and which are too big or not ideal for my face shape. My husband accidentally stepped on his glasses and scratched the lens. As it was within a year of purchasing them, they replace the damaged lens for free! He was delighted... read more
