Dr Liu is very experienced and professional. She's done fast and clean jobs to me and she's so nice and sweet to me. The staff was responsible.
Professional dental service
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Iris Liu for nearly three years, and after recently noticing some negative reviews about her practice, I feel compelled to share my experience. While I can’t speak to others’ concerns, I can unequivocally say that Dr. Liu herself is an exceptional doctor who deserves recognition. Dr. Liu prioritizes compassionate, patient-centered care above all. She takes time to listen, explains treatment options thoroughly every time.
I had my teeth cleaned here and it’s the worst cleaning experience ever. Very rude Doctor and assistant, keep insulting the patient consistently just to promote the product(such as Invisalign). Feel extremely bad after one routine teeth cleaning. Cleaning is also very rude and painful. And they don’t ask how you feel and don’t care if you feel painful. They put the tartar removed from my teeth on my hand and ask me to hold it. I have been to other dentals never had such experience.
I had a really bad experience with Iris Liu Dental Center. I did my regular cleaning with them. Dr. Liu was doing a good job but her staff was terrible. They don’t care about the patient and only want to finish their job without any consideration for their patient. The assistant who was doing the polish spilled the water on my face and blamed that to my incapability to cooperate.
