Dr. Liu is very kind and skilled at dental work. I’m especially grateful to her for coming in on a Saturday to handle my emergency repair.
Dr Liu is very experienced and professional. She's done fast and clean jobs to me and she's so nice and sweet to me. The staff was responsible.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Iris Liu for nearly three years, and after recently noticing some negative reviews about her practice, I feel compelled to share my experience. While I can’t speak to others’ concerns, I can unequivocally say that Dr. Liu herself is an exceptional doctor who deserves recognition. Dr. Liu prioritizes compassionate, patient-centered care above all. She takes time to listen, explains treatment options thoroughly every time.
I had my teeth cleaned here and it’s the worst cleaning experience ever. Very rude Doctor and assistant, keep insulting the patient consistently just to promote the product(such as Invisalign). Feel extremely bad after one routine teeth cleaning. Cleaning is also very rude and painful. And they don’t ask how you feel and don’t care if you feel painful. They put the tartar removed from my teeth on my hand and ask me to hold it. I have been to other dentals never had such experience.
