Never trust this company I ordered glasses they promised me three days so far were two months down the road they lost my frames. They promised they were going to send them to my house. Absolutely nothing the worst customer service in my life I’m out $670 for glasses I never ever received and nobody will do anything about it, I would never ever recommend this company to anybody. They own urban optic. Also don’t use them.
Calling at 7:20pm to confirm an appointment I don’t have... I haven’t been to iris in over 2 years. They just don’t care about their patients anymore.
Our son, Jon was it in the eye by flying bark mulch Friday afternoon befor a long weekend. He was in a lot of discomfort and couldn’t open his eye. Dr Davies saw him emergently, removed the offending slivers, covered his pupil with a temporary lense and came in on the statutory holiday to remove the contact and assess healing.
