I love them 🤩
Nothing but roaches. I’ve complained and put about 4 requests for extermination and all they do is spray under the fridge and cabinets. I’ve resorted to using my own products to try and relieve the bugs but nothing works…. All appliances built into the apartment are crawling with roaches. They love the display built into the stove it seems…
I had a great experience moving into this apartment complex. My leasing agent was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, made the application process easy, and even followed up to make sure I completed everything and helped whenever any issues came up. Today Donald came and replaced our hot water heater. He was very professional and respectful of our home. so again thanks to Donald and the Tactical Team and the maintenance team at Aria Beach for making sure this issue was correct.
