Iris Court is an extraordinary place to live, always impeccably organized and clean. The caretaker, Márcio, demonstrates exemplary dedication in maintaining the condominium, while Mr. Steve acts with remarkable agility and efficiency to resolve any situation, ensuring the well-being of all residents. Our family is deeply satisfied to be part of such a welcoming community. We would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Steve and the entire administrative team for their tireless work and care, which make Iris Court a true home.
Literally worst place I've ever lived. They know about the plumbing problems in the lower apartments and if you need testimony just let me know.
The unit itself is nice. Hardwood floors, big sunny windows, & updated appliances were a big reason we were happy to move in. Management is largely hands-off; there is an onsite maintenance manager who is very kind and helpful when you need him. Management company rarely visits, which I don’t mind… except that they don’t seem to care much about community complaints. We lived on the third floor and could hear squirrels running in the attic(?)/roof all the time. Kind of funny but also very distracting/concerning. Biggest issue... read more
