There is no question about it. We owned an odd house. It was difficult to describe whether it was a two or three bedroom house due to the odd third bedroom. However, Irina was able to build a targeted marketing plan that got us multiple offers in just a few days. But although we accepted an offer, she kept working for a backup offer that unfortunately we needed. The backup deal (an international couple) closed in a timely manner.
