They don't answer the calls, and when they do they answer and hang up right away!!!!
She is a great doctor, But horrible organization in that office. They never answer the phone, the wait time is unbelievable especially if all the doctors and the PA are seeing everyone on that office at the same time. I have left 7 message for refill and appoiment, they never call me back. Changing dr. Office. Very sad because she is a good doctor.
She is a good doctor BUT THE WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE AND THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL SENSE OF HOW TO RUN AN OFFICE. I was told I can’t have a return phone call with my doctor after my visit.
Dr. Delgado is nice and seems knowledgeable, which is why it’s 1 star. I saw her for an initial visit, to which I had waited about 45 minutes to see her. Otherwise I wish I could give zero stars. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. This was my second time there and I had an appointment to which I showed up early to, given I didn’t want to wait as long as the 1st time.
