If I could give a rating higher than 5 I would. Richard installed a full solar system for some family and went above and beyond. A few issues arose not related to the system and he helped sort the issues. The back up generator malfunctioned after only 6 months and Generac refused to warranty it on a technicality. Richard has worked with the family to ensure they are not without power as they are totally offgrid to rectify the issue.
