They sold me a Lemon went out of business So now I have no warranty and no one can help us !! I got a jeep and now reed nissan who is the Brother store to the Iride said since they sold me a jeep with a lift they can’t honor their warranty !! One of the managers at Nissan even stated that Iride’s finance manager sold me a bogus tech warranty knowing it wouldn’t cover anything on my jeep ! Very poor service, but clearly why their no longer in Business!! Lesson learned
They wanted to sell me a car with no AC, in Florida, and said they would write a "I owe you" into the sale. So they wanted to sell me a defected car and fix the problem later. Come to find out the issue was fixed weeks prior and happened again. That tells me they either bandaid the fix or have no idea what the issue is. Joke. Went for a oil change and tire rotation. They told me it’s 27.99 for a synthetic oil change but after the service they asked me 87$. When informed about this they changed the price back to 27.99. Also when the service was complete they said that the tires were rotated but actually they didn’t rotate the tires when pointed they rotated the tires..they should transparent and honest to the customers..
Excellent customer service! Everyone is so welcoming and show the appropriate care towards the customer. Young lady named Shaun is so sweet and kind and made me feel so welcome, thank you. The managers are very nice and the service technicians are hardworking. In terms of the service appointment, it was very easy to check the prices online and set an appointment.
