Chance sold our home this past August and did a phenomenal job. It was our first time selling a house and he made everything as smooth as possible. He handled everything with the buyers agent and listened and advocated for us when we explained what we were okay accepting. We had him on a tight turn around time as we were moving out state and he got the job done. I would definitely recommend him!
